We’ve been using Climate Control Heating and Cooling, Inc. for 30+ years or so for my commercial property and residential service needs. A couple of weeks ago, Kyle Bryant performed the annual service on our 18-year-old residential HVAC system and unfortunately, it failed the safety inspection. Kyle was very detailed, efficient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable – explaining with pictures of our unit — the reasons he could not pass the unit on for further use. He courteously advised us on a replacement unit and are very pleased with the service received from all of the folks at Climate Control Heating and Cooling, Inc. Jon was our technician today and was very thorough. He explained in easy-to-understand terms what he was doing and what he was finding with our system. The surge protector on my A/C blew leaving fire damage on the side of my home. I called this morning and a technician came out within a couple hours to check for damage to the A/C and Furnace, which thankfully was none! I am grateful to the technician who advised me to get the surge protector when the unit was installed which I 100% believe saved my home!
