Incredible customer service from their techs and scheduling/office personnel. We needed an entire unit this summer, not only did they tailor the system to our needs, but the technicians were available after the fact to answer my questions. Not only did that, but several technicians were on-site and are now familiar with our installation. Every call to the main number is met with a smiling voice on the other end – so nice to talk to someone in customer service whose mission is to ensure you have the best experience possible. Bentley Palmer came out tonight to look at my furnace that was blowing cold air. He did a thorough examination of my furnace and brought me down to show me his findings. Unfortunately, the best route was a new furnace, but he made the process quick and painless (as spending that much can be 😆). The company offers financing that can be arranged then and there and he had me scheduled for the next day. He was very friendly and talkative and good at explaining where the problems were and what my options were. He was very knowledgeable about my furnace system and pointed out a few things that I hadn’t even noticed. I am writing this review the night before my furnace replacement, but so far would definitely recommend this company!

We’ve had THE BEST experience with Climate Control Heating and Cooling, Inc. this week. We’ve worked with three different technicians across different types of work, and all have been seamless. Today’s experience took the cake though! Following a botched washing machine installation from one of the box stores, I called CC in a panic and they had Keith out within a few hours. He was able to handle everything the other installers weren’t able to do – totally saved the day! We’re so pleased with our experience!
