Our team began in 1987 with a relatively simple mission. A couple of weeks ago, Kyle Bryant performed the annual service on our 18-year-old residential HVAC system and unfortunately, it failed the safety inspection. Bentley Palmer came out tonight to look at my furnace that was blowing cold air. He did a thorough examination of my furnace and brought me down to show me his findings. Unfortunately, the best route was a new furnace, but he made the process quick and painless (as spending that much can be 😆). The company offers financing that can be arranged then and there and he had me scheduled for the next day. He was very friendly and talkative and good at explaining where the problems were and what my options were. He was very knowledgeable about my furnace system and pointed out a few things that I hadn’t even noticed. I am writing this review the night before my furnace replacement, but so far would definitely recommend this company!
